The Aussie Gold Filter Pressure Gauge Rear Mount is a replacement for your OEM pool filter pressure gauge which fits most standard thread pool filters. Be mindful of the orientation of your pool filter and which will suit you best side or center mount gauge. It is important to know the pressure of your pool filter as it allows a more in depth knowledge of what is happening inside your pool filter, if the pressure is too high the filter will require a clean. Backwash for Sand / Media filters or clean the cartridge element for cartridge filters. The pressure gauge can also be very helpful with it comes to troubleshooting your filtration equipment.

Tip:A small amount of thread tape goes a long way, do not over tighten when fitting the pressure gauge this can cause cracks in the filter housing.
